                          Our Mission
I AM enables each individual to discover her or his own path towards recovery. I AM encourages cultural awareness, acceptance of others, accountability and mentorships so that individuals can continue to help one another along their recovery journeys.

                          Out Vision
I AM aims to restore the dignity and beauty of life for women and men who suffer from disordered eating and body image issues. We want to create a fellowship of people who do not compare, pass judgment, and are color blind to people's bodies. We would like to offer an array of traditional and new media tools that can be easily replicated to provide recovery assistance for anyone around the world.

                          Who We Are
I AM supports every individual’s unique journey to achieve their fullest potential and        lasting recovery.

I AM is a safe and secure place for women and men who struggle with anorexia,         bulimia, compulsive overeating, binge eating disorders and body image issues, as well
as any associated problems related to these areas.

I AM is dedicated to helping you redefine your relationship with food and with your     body, so that you can learn an entirely new way to live well.

I AM endeavors to remove the shame and stigma associated with eating disorders, so     that everyone — from health insurance providers and lawmakers to friends and
family — can truly understand the severity of this rapidly growing disease.

I AM provides helpful information, such as treatment & professional resources, support groups and meetings, a Mentorship Program, healthy living workshops, the latest news and research, an active blog that encourages a healthy discussion on eating disorder         recovery, and much more.
